Virgin Mobile — Activation of RBT_ACT_PACK60 without any intimation and without any consent | |||
Dear Sir, I am receiving the SMS of activation of RBT_ACT_PACK60 on my Virgin Mobile Number [protected]. I have never opted for this service and also not aware about the nature of this service. I never received SMS nor a single call from company for activation of this service.This service activated on my mobile by the company without my consent.I called up the customer care and after playing a very long and irritating game of selecting the options to speak with customer care executive, the officer express his inability to stop this services.Whenevr i recharged my phone,balance reduced within a day. I have bought a Virgin Mobile phone VKwel on 14th April 2009 And My No. is [protected](Jamshedpur, Jharkhand). But My No. is haven't Yet Activated. I have already Submitted the Document (Voter Id Card Xerox with Passport Size Photo) but why it is not activated. Plz do the needfull...
