MIS BEHAVE BY STAFF I visited Vishal Mega Mart for first ( & probably the last) time at ABOAHR. Its horrible & terrific over there. The staff attending at the counters don't have even least sense and shame of how to behave with Customers. Poorly dressed as if belong to labour classed hired to save the cost of salaries I have purchased the items near about cost 5000/- on[protected]. When I want to make the payment at cash counter I give my credit card . Which is issued by SBI. The man on the counter replied we have not accept the SBI Credit Card. After that I have to arrange credit card od HDFC Bank. When I present It on counter. The Counter man replied that It is also not acceptable. I want to now the reason . Then he said taht the card machine is out of order. I want to know when it will be in order. Then he replied ''PATA NAHI KAB CHALEGI ,DIMAG MAT KHAO CASH LE KE AAO." I feel so ashamed that the people of an esteemed organation are behaved like that. Please look the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have to wait for 30 minutes to bill a single shirt.
I asked billing executive where is second n third billing executive he told i dont know and talk rudly with me .
He did not billed me and start to bill the person who behind me.i asked what is this he told u have to told me to bill me other wise i did not ask why u are in que.
