Vodafone — my talk plan
i had given these people a request regarding a plan from which i can make free calls to any 1 national number... they never responded...please sum1 help me i am desperateVodafone — upgradation of plan without permission

Vodafone — Change of plan without my knowledge
Hello,I m using my mobile number for the last 2 yrs and last month when i received my bill i was shocked to see that the plan for my number has been changed without my consent. When I contaced the customer care they say that it has been done with my consent, which is not true. They also tried calling me after that trying to convince me that my new plan is better for me than the old one. But they have charged me Rs.3590.02 according to the new plan, where as if it had been in my old plan i would have been charged atleast Rs.800 less.
So i find my old plan better and i was happy with it, i wouldn want to change my plan as they say. Then my complaint was forwarded and I got no response and subsequently my outgoing was also barred.
The title holder of my mobile bill is a friend and was not in my name. So i was asked to give a No Objection letter, which was also provided to them. Now after all this they come up with a reason saying that the complaint cannot be taken forward as the title holder is different. If they had told me this as soon as i made the complaint i could have made necessary arrangments for the title hold to lodge the complaint or would have applied for a change in title. But now i was asked to apply for a change of title, which i did. But now they say we cannot accept it as it was not done before.
This is absolutely ridiculous to be cheating a customer like this. Now they want me to clear the outstanding, which i am ready to if they would change it to my previous plan. I request the authourities to address to this issue on a priority as my number has been barred for any outgoing calls and will subsequently be suspened if the payment is not made. I am willing to make the payment if it was on my previous plan. Kindly do the needful.

Vodafone — FORCEFULLY CHANGE THE PLAN WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE
SIR/MADAM,WITH DUE RESPECT,
I AM USING INTERNET USB OF VODAFONE FOR LAST 6 MONTHS. THE PLAN FOR THE USB IS 299 MONTLY UNLIMITED. I GOT THE BILLS OF THIS PARTICULAR PLAN FOR LAST 5 MONTHS. AND I PAID REGULAR BILLS.
BUT SUDDENLY, LAST MONTH COMPANY HAS CHANGED THE PLAN FROM UNLIMITED TO 2 G.B. WITHOUT MY WILL. AND THIS MONTH THEY SEND ME A BILL OF 13, 000 Rs. WHICH IS REALLY A BIG SURPRISE FOR ME.
NOW I WROTE SOMANY EMAILS AND CALLED TO THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR THIS INHUMAN AND UNDEMOCRATIC BEHAVIOR BY THE COMPANY. BUT THEY DID NOT RESPOND WELL. I HAD ALSO VISITED THE VODAFONE STORE. THEY SAID THIS IS A COMPANY PLAN.
WHY THE COMPANY WITHDRAWING FROM IT'S COMMITMENT?
PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW? I AM READY TO PAY WHAT I WAS COMMITTED BY THE COMPANY AT THE START OF THE PLAN.

Vodafone — changed price plan
Hi ! my name is manav thakkar and number is [protected] and i have recieved a pathetic services from VODAFONE they have changed my postpaid plan without my knowledge and concern and because of this I have been charged as per the new plan and now I am reciving a threatning calls from them and they do not have any thing in written in which I have requested them to change my price plan can someone tell me what I can do...can I file a case in consumer court???
