i got gprs msgs for the past three days but now msgs not receiving saying gprs not connected contact network pl arrange to installf

i have called customer care centre and told them that iam not able to call few number ...when ever i call it say the network is busy...the customer care person he also says the same thing...

This is the worst senireo where we are not able to contact our close relatives who are not in sate...

plz take some strict action on these people
PL NOTE I HV PURCHASED ONE VODAPHONE MOBILE SET AND GOT IT ACTIVATED ON (a) MOBILE NO [protected]

FOR THE SECOND NO ABOVE THE CARD WAS PUT ON 17TH
BY RS 500 and Along with activation charges for Rs 300 life time
has been given to your agent on 17th itself at the counter at
8.30 pm

After keeping the funds for until 22nd they hv not activated
the line and now he says to-day the 22nd june that they can
activate for only Rs 445 or around that amount .

Pl explain how then he could not activate on the 17th
being a new customer with free gift for Rs 500/ and now
until i reminded he never even called me when i realised
that only Rs 10/ was activated on that date and not Rs 500/-

In fact for both the nos i hv paid rs 500 as card charges each no
and how come only to-day they want to recharge for Rs 445 or so

The fellow says network is busy and how come they are now
agreed to charge after only my reminders.

If I HV NOT REMINDED THE MONEY WOULD HV BEEN POCKETED BY THE SHOP I PRESUME !!!

To whom ever it concerns
my new mobile Samsung Tracker phone was stolen last year
my stolen sim card was replaced by a vodophone sim card - [protected]
both the Neral Police and myself have written 3 times to vodophone for the address and name of the present user. We both have received no answer nor do we get the proper person to speak to.
As vodophone have delayed for so long - I am presuming they will then replace my phone if it is damaged.

    On Oct 6, I did a top up for Rs. 249 to my Hutch pre-paid card but it not get the talk time.

    when the customer service number was called, they gave the following reasons -

    1) some problem with your bank (it was through internet banking)
    2) our systems are down
    3) you have to go to the store to get this sorted (I can't move out of the house. am pregnant)
    4) money will be credited back to you in 2 days
    5) money will be credited back to you in 7 days
    6) some problem with your bank

    But I have not got the money back nor the top up and on top of it I have to listen to the stupid customer service team who are paid for doing nothing. they are rude to the customer and there is no way of registering our complaints though vodofone website says that we willhave to get our complaint number - http://www.vodafone.in/ExistingUsers/HelpSupport/Pages/support.aspx?location=Che...

    they argued with me saying that this is not a complaint at all after taking my money from the bank.

    i want 2 know how 58 seconds = 1 min. wen i make call for 59 sec. amt. is deducted for 2 min. wat d hell is this? if it is directed by TRAI kindly mail me a soft copy.
    Respected sir/madam,
    With the instructions from my legal advisor, am registering this complaint of mine through this mail.
    I have purchased a vodofone magic box on 4th of November 2007. It had the following items packed in it –
    1.Vodofone 125 B/W phone (IMEI: [protected])
    2.Vodofone prepaid card ( mob. no. [protected])
    3.6 Bonus cards
    4.Instructions for using the handset and sim card.
    I activated the card on the same day (04.11.2007) and as soon as I activated it, all of the offers got activated automatically as per given on the bonus cards. It is said in that, that, there is free activation of dialer tone for the first month, but I was charged Rs. 30 on 5th of November. As soon as I got the message for it, I registered a complaint on that day (05.11.2007). I was told that it’s by mistake I was charged and the amount will be credited back to my account within 48 working hours. But sadly till today (05.12.2007) it was not refunded and I have registered more than ten complaints and I have the proof for all. My last complaint number was 73441156. Whenever I contact your customer care, am not getting any positive response. Every time I could hear them say that system updating or will forward my request or will register as a new complaint. But till now I have not got my amount back.
    Since it has been more than 31 days that I have registered my first complaint am sending you this mail. I would be satisfied if I could get my problem solved or at least a positive reply, stating the time within which my problem will be solved, in the next 48 working hours. If this mail of mine is not getting any response from you, then am sorry to say that I will be forced to move legally to the consumer forum and register a complaint with TRAI as well. Hope you wont be giving me that much of difficulties. Hope to get my problem solved at that earliest.

    My mobile no.:[protected]. I purchased a bonus card serial no. 42279698 for Rs.30 mentioning that free 100 minutes / day for v to v. I registered the same and got the confirmation message that I am having the facility. After that I called another v no. and to my surprise I was charged for that call.

    Customer service gives a bull answer that it will be activated after 1 hour of the confirmation message. WILL ANY ONE AGREE THAT AFTER THE CONF. MSG IT WILL TAKE ONE HOUR.

    THE ATTITUDE OF VODAFONE IS ROUGH. THIER POLICY : WE ARE LIKE THIS. IF YOU WANT VODAFONE USE IT. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE IT SWITCH OVER TO OTHERS.

    Sub : ICICI Lombard Fraud Company
    Hi, I got a health policy through online from ICICI Lombard. Policy name is Family Protect Premium. Policy no is: Policy no: 4034/FPP/02995222/00/000.
    This policy is Rs. 3 Lakh for 2 years. Its amount is Rs. 6732. But in ICICI Lombard website for this policy is Rs. 5500. The amount difference is Rs. 1200 approx. I got cheated from ICICI Lombard RS. 1200. Regarding this issue i have forwarded various complain but I couldn't get response.
    Also you can see health policy price chart in Lombard website http://www.icicilombard.com/app/ilom-en/Personalproducts/Health.aspx . No one can help about this policy. Also this policy doenot mention in Lombard website. I can give you various details of costumer, who cheated with ICICI Lombard

    Another one serious query that when i got regarding purchase of health policy. She gave me all wrong information like: 1) your policy will be Rs. 6 lakhs for 2years 2) when you will be in hospital you will get extra Rs. 1000 per day. 3) You will tax benefit Rs. 3 lakh. Etc...
    Please give me suggestion regarding above complain. I will take hardly action to ICICI Lombard Company. I have all clues to lost market value of ICICI Lombard.

    Vodafone / Hutch — harresment against paid bill

    Today i am getting a lot of trouble with vodafone agents. they made a couple of time of calls in regard to my paid bill for my cell [protected].My last bill was 1100/= only before generating bill & i deposited 950/= at two times before generating bill. But after some time my connection was out of service & i gotten information that my billing amount is not updated till today. it past over 3 months & agents are harresing my wife thai i've court case in Patila house.
    Plz, give me convinent way to solve this problem oterwise i will call to consumer forum in my favor.

    The Customer Care people are not giving good response for the query.They are giving some other answer although they don't know about it.We believe them and we are becoming fools.If they don't know about the query the customer is asking they should ask the customer to wait for some time and should reply with a suitable one.For example if you are asking about a new recharge for your sim he will respond fastly about that and answer fastly whatever he know.He would not ask any of his colleagues.I am not saying all the customer care people are like this but majority of the people are like this only so please change the attitude of them and try to help you customers.

    I am working for Arctern consulting Pvt Ltd, which is Ascendas IT Park which is in Madhapur, we are nearly 75 employees using Vodofone connection but network is V.bad regarding this I wne to Vodofone office when I was coming on my way to office at Kukatpally store and lodged a request for Boosters to be setup at our premises, there I met Jalaja.Reddy reg this issue she gave her mail Id and asked me to send a request have met mail immediately after reaching my office but sad thing is that her mail id is wrong.Again I have lodged complaint on the website but still there is no response, I dont known why they are not at all bothered about their esteemed customers.

    Then only it will reach the number at 7'o clock.
    Even it showing network busy at the time of 12 midnight also.
    If i get any call, or if anybody calls me, im hearing their voice, but they are not hearing my voice.
    These are only two from my thousands of complaint. Please cleas these problems as soon as earlier.
    Otherwise we will change ur network.

    It is quite nature that all the customers expectations are fulfilled at all times. But the response is in acceptable way they will convince it. When the problem put fourth, the authority better know how to solve it.

    Mr. Selva of Prepaid Sales manager who better understand the company and customer solves the problem at once. The Attitude of Decision making in few minutes and solving the problems of Dealers/Customers within short span is excellent.

    I came across with many instances and solved many problems of customer at out end when I was a Prepaid dealer (Pallavaram, Mobile Communications) Coordinated by Mr.Selva Sir.

    All issues can be shorted out if the way out are clear.

    hello... i m nikhil koli, i took a new sim card today... but i wanted to use it in iphone... so i took new sim card gave all documents everything.. after that i asked that deler wer should i get micro sim so he said i ll cut n give, he said i ve one man who cuts sim for iphone... and to do that job he waisted to sim and asked for 100 rupees... i said k... but wen i went again to that shop he.. dint did that job neately... he damaged that sim also... and i also tried to give shape to that sim... but i gurantee i did better dn him... and wen i told ki i want new sim he said i ll not give he was asking for money... i ignord t give money... i said u ve damaged that simm, , , .. wen i said i ll complain against u.. he said not ll happen to me... by doing complain. i said k... his name is JAIDEV gallery frm URAN DIST-RAIGAD 400702 NEAR STATE BANK OF INDIA...

      I have prepaid connection of Hutch ( Now known asVodafone ) . Last 21st September, 2007 the company sent me a message about activation of subscription to 20-20 world cup. I didn’t subscribed but company illegally themselves subscribed me and cut my balance Rs.99.00 . That time the balance in my phone was Rs. 68.59 paise. After cutting it became (-)30.41. I complaint to Hutch customer care executive on dated 22nd September, 2007 whose service registration number was[protected]. I am totally disagree from the result of this complaint. Why they subscribed me for those services where no sufficient balanced was in my prepaid account. What evidenced they have about my subscription of the aforesaid 20-20 world cup package. I am strongly complaining against the result of my complaint. I am requesting you to solve my problem( your company wrongly & illegal subscribed my for above said service).

      Finally, If you not add my Rs. 99.00 in my account, I will file a complaint against your company in TRI ( “Doorsanchar Niyamak Ayog”)

      Threatening is the Vodafone way – But we want conversion from Postpaid to Prepaid

      (Harassment by Vodafone in converting post-paid to pre-paid connection)

      Threatening is vodafone’s usual way if you approach them with a complaint or request. They will not hear what bad experience you have gone through with them. They will just look at the last bill according to them, and will retort that they are going to send eminent people to your house to get the bills collected whatsoever, and boast that you won’t be able to resist them as they are lot more mightier than you can even imagine!

      We Indians need to prove them wrong.

      As far as I know, vodafone is the only mobile service provider in India who doesn’t allow conversion from post-paid to pre-paid. Once you are in their trap of post paid, you either have to keep paying the rent Or just discontinue the service to escape their monkey fist, threatening and litigations.

      Mine is a very old Vodafone postpaid number and I don’t want to loose that number as it is circulated to so many key people. But when the Vodafone call center guys called me up and threatened to send their eminent people to get the bills collected (Yeah, the payment was delayed as ever before and normally I pay the bill with fine - I cannot trust Vodafone with ECS), I wanted to switch from post paid to pr-paid. That way, they will have their damn money and I don’t have to speak to their henchmen again. While the talks were on, they again threatened me and taken steps for initiating legal proceedings against me. General Manager – Legal ( Yunus H Ahamed) yunus.[protected]@vodafone.com & Senior Manager – Legal (Lokesh Mahalingappa ) lokesh.[protected]@vodafone.com have sent me legal notice after Lokesh Mahalingappa e-mailed me that it is possible to get my same old number in pre-paid through a convoluted process. I walked into the Vodafone office at Indiranagar and they bluntly said it is absolutely not possible to have my same old number in pre-paid whatsoever. Multiple times I have expressed written willingness to talk to them rather than mails, and asked them their phone number, but they never bothered speak to me. Now they are going back on their promise and harassing me.

      We need to expose this rotten and unethical tactics of Vodafone, for plundering money from the larger population in India. I will fight this out in all the legal forums in every possible way. It is a public need to have the facility to convert post paid to pre-paid especially in this bad economic conditions, and people still need to stay connected, when there is maximum number of job losses, to help them move on in their modest life.

      We need to make sure that Vodafone don’t fool our people in India anymore. At a minimum rent of Rs.200/- per month, even if one make only one call, people in India are intelligent enough to multiply the amount with the number o[censored]nfortunate postpaid customers to calculate the amount Vodafone guys are looting from India so freely.

      All other mobile service providers in our county have the facility to switch from post-paid to pre-paid and that too very easily within minutes. How can Vodafone – an alien - insist that a poor man in India should continue paying rent when he doesn’t have a job, or simply because he doesn’t want the facilities as it is too costly for the pocket/ affecting peace of mind due to the threats? An incoming number is the most needed one for a person who has lost job. Let them take the money from those who actually need the postpaid facility.

      I have approached the consumer forum as the first step. Complaint Id: 11759.

        excess bill charged

        hi,

        after regular scrutinising and observation i found that Hutch(now vodafone) is giving us the fake bill by increaasing the bill amounts .
        this is very rediculous way to get charge from there valuable customer .
        My mobile details are:

        complaint:- on 29 th august my bill amount is around 372 Rs and it get reaches to 1310 Rs by 30th augst night.and i am sure no such heavy calls has done...

        Since Vodafone took over Hutch I have had so much trouble, my sim stopped working, I have to buy a new one and change my number. Now they have given me atleast 4 passwords but the website says my hutch number (on the vodafone website) is inactive. If you have to take over then please ensure that your customers dont have such a hard time while you are busy twiddling your thumbs.
        Either get that website up and running or dont take over things you cant run.

          Dear sir this is V.B.Joshi from Haldwani Uttarakhand, I purchased a postpaid connection ([protected]) of Hutch (now Vodafone) around two months ago. I purchased that no. when one of your sales promoters at haldwani named Arjun ([protected]) gave me a commitment to give me a plan in which 25 numbers from hutch to hutch will be free after my first bill. As yours is a well known company so I believe on his commitment and purchased that connection but after one month he denied his commitment. Then I contacted your regional manager Mr. Manav and told him about the false commitment made to me, he a gentle and a responsible officer took my problem into his notice and said we will fulfill the commitment if it is made so. Although the matter is still pending but I have faith on Mr. Manav’s word.
          Sir such persons like Arjun are misguiding your customers I have no personal hatred towards that guy but being a reputed company these guys are not sending good message to your customers.

          I am a customer of hutch for the last 2years and i am a j2me programmer in senega systems.
          I was able to retrieve the server data using hutch gprs connection.
          but now when hutch transformed to vodafone, i am not able to do so and from browser i am able to retrieve the data.

          So from various forum i have updated with the information that in india some providers won't allow http connection from applications using gprs connection.

          but with hutch it was possible, so with vodafone also it should possible if only brandname is changed.

          So needs to rectify this problem.
          I am a prepaid subscriber - I am suffering from such uncalled deduction by this company. Pls guide me where to file my complaint for a fruitful action. Thanks

          I had been a vodaphone user ([protected])for few years. I had activated the 300 sms scheme. In this one can make 300 sms by recharging with Rs 35 card. When I was making sms i suddenly noticed my balance going down. I talked to the customer care service, I was informed that No such scheme is valid for National holidays such as Holi, Diwali, New year.... I doubt if there was any mention of such clause. If it was it should be Highlighted. Anyway not just that today is not a holiday still my money deductions remain same for sms.
          Harassement in time taken to talk to customers care executives. You are lucky if connected within 10 minutes.

          As on 10.11.07 , I requested online from ICICI Bank Credit Card for Top Up of Rs. 200/- and I received balance of 47.42 , While on Top Up of Rs. 100 I get 86(approx).
          I talked to your customer care they said the scheme is like that.
          If your scheme is like that I think you are fooling the subscriber of their money and it seems so illogical a scheme for Top Up.
          I think you are playing with MRTP Act.

          I have had issues with Hutch, but at that time they even credited my account with Rs. 100 of talktime when I complained(to hutch service). But recently after hutch became vodafone, I found that my gmail application fails to work complaining about connection problems while the integrated browser continues to work.           I think the serive of copying the caller tune is a crap, its been thrice i have received the SMS from 56789 that your caller tune has been copied from a particular number and i know that i cannot make a mistake all three times and i called the customer service dept. at least 20-30 times ,
          fisrt the line is always busy and we do not have time to keep wating and after talking to the team leader (Gargi) and several agents i have not got any solution.

          Vodafone is disgusting. I have just been charged for a caller tune that i have never activated and i did not ask for. When i call customer support their agents go about pressing all sorts of buttons and tells me "sir please dont press buttons on your phone". This guy has no idea i have a touchscreen phone without a keypad. I had a few of my friends call them at the same time and they are playing the same games. DISGUSTING. Thats all i can say. Having such a casual attitude towards your customers will only drive you out of business.

          i have purchased vodafone number from your dealer shop on last month. my number is [protected]. he told me that i will get Rs. 1300 minutes free calls voda to voda.but now i did'nt get any free calls. when i called in customer care they told me that if i recharge with Rs. 100 whithin 24hrs. then i will get it. but in my card detail not mentioned any thing about it. so, my opinion about your all services are worng because your diff. -2 executive provide diff- detail. i am not satisfie with your details. although in your some card display the details that if you will recharge with Rs. 100 every month then u will get 50 rs. bonus talktime. even i also recharge Rs. 250 in month of december. all the information which provided by your executive your dealer are fully wrong.
          I,Alok Kumar is a prepaid customer of vodafone([protected]). For last 3-4 months, Rs.49/- is being deducted from my A/c as an activation charge of BHAKTISAGAR service which i never opted for. Earlier I got confused that it might have been selected wrongly but this time it got deactivated and activated (both) automatically.
          inspite of repeated calls to customer care, nothing has been done in my favour. I want to discontinue the connection. Will I get my rental charge back which was paid at the time of opening A/c?

          I have two vodafone connection no-[protected] & [protected], Vodafone introduce new scheme in my phone no- [protected] every month since oct-07 and all time I requested to customer care and got refund but in 16 January bill I have received again the new scheme charges and after requesting to them they refused to refund the payment. I have write to [protected]@vodafone.com atleast 15 times from 21st January 2008 and they alloted complaint no.[protected] on 25th January since then nobody is responding even after so many reminders. Please help me out and refund me the amount. Please also take care of no new scheme will be applicable in my both the connection.

          hutch/ vodafone- prepaid user — overcharging on outgoing call

          dear sir/madam,
          my mobile no. is:[protected].
          i had recharged with rs. 597 for 1 year validity with all outgoing call @ rs. 1 per min. and was normal for some time after recharge. But later on it was deducted @ rs. 1.99 per min. and i complained on[protected] with complain no.[protected], on[protected] with complain no.[protected] and also on[protected] with complain no.[protected], but not resolved till today.
          i request you to reimburse my extra rs. 70 which was deducted by system fault, so it should be credited as early as possible. Rs. 70 is not a big amount but it's a trust between a company and customer, otherwise it will force me to changeover to other compny.
          one day i recived one msg from vodafone, "if i reccharge 91 rs i would get 100 rs of talk time" i rechared 2 times but instead of getting 100 rs i got only 74 rs i made a call to costomer care but they werent respond of my call.
          vodafone simply making fooooooool to its costumer..

          Vodafone Prepaid — improper deduction from prepaid balance after activation of bonus 59

          i ([protected] prepaid) sent one sms to 111 for activation of bonus 59. instead of deducting 59 rs from my prepaid account balance, 295 rs was deducted. kindly rectify the mistake

          I am Amol .I am vodofone postpaid customer since September' 07.
          That time onwards I am requesting them to increase my credit limit 1000/- to 2000/-. for that several time complain have been filed as well as I went to vodafone shop(in December’ 07) also they told , will get a call from vodafone within 48h but till now no out put. every month i need to do interim payment which spoil my time.



          I have deactivated the caller tune option in 20th of Jan' 08 at 12:57 pm. deactivation message also I have received.

          But in the Feb. bill the charge for caller tune has been added. In this regard it is my request to take the required action & refund the money.


          Another thing is that it has become so tuff to talk to a customer care executive, tell the way, after calling 111 which option will help to talk the customer care executive.


          Note :- In present Plan it is difficult to talk to any customer care executive so surely tell the option to talk them.

          I am the prepaid customer of vodafone.I was told by customer care that I will be getting a talk time of Rs.50 and validity of 30 days on recharge for Rs 99 , that is specially for me. But , when I recharged it on the same day itself that is 1238, I was shocked to see that , the talktime i got was Rs.10 inspite of Rs.50 and validity the same as 30 days.
          Please look forward to this otherwise i am going to quit the services .

          guys, I dont know, how many executives are employed by vodafone, for customer care, but it seems I wont run out of my fingers counting them!!!
          and I surely will run out of fingers making a list of complaints I got from the company though...
          I requested for the GPRS service, through the sms they told me to send, may be, 3 months before, with no luck whatsoever so far...
          Now I have started to notice, they have started deducting rs. 2/- from my account balance every day, for the past one month...even when iam maintaing a zero balance...I dont even know, what for Iam being charged... when I try to get in touch with some one, regarding it, I am being given personalized lessons in patience for freee!
          Is there any way of dragging these guys to the consumer forum??

          Dear sir this is Sushant Agrawal from Chandigarh, I purchased a postpaid connection ([protected]) of Hutch (now Vodafone) on 07th Feb 2008. I purchased that no. when one of your sales promoters at chandigarh named Deepak ([protected]) gave me a commitment to give me a CORP 150 plan in which 750 mins free in CUG and 200 local SMS are free. As yours is a well known company so I believe on his commitment and purchased that connection but after 10 days i got a call from Customer Care regarding the confirmation of my Plan which was not CORP 150 (750 mins free in CUG and 200 local SMS are free), but after 4-5 hours long process and consultation of Deepak the Customer Care person Confirm me the Plan CORP 150 (750 mins free in CUG and 200 local SMS are free). But on 16th Feb means on 10th day my outgoings are barred due to non-submission of Security deposit. When i contact Vodafone Center they told me to deposit Rs. 500/- as a Security deposit and said that a person comes at my address to confirm the residence address, but on the same day i was going on long leave so i told them what will happens in that situation they said your number will remain de-activated. So after return from my leave i contact the Vodafone Center on (10th March 2008) to submit the Security deposit they said you have to Submit it to the same person who gave you the SIM. I called the Deepak and his head (Gaurav Soi) but after 5 days hard work and continuous track the Deepak came on Friday (15th March 2008) and collect the deposit from me and gave a commitment that number will be activated atmost Monday. Today is Tuesday and number is still not activated and no one even their Head is ready to solve the Problem.

          Meanwhile i got the bill for the Month of Feb 2008 which is also full of disputes but no one is looking into it. In short Vodafone is not ready to bother the Customer they are interested in making Customer Fool and Cheated. Now the Deepak said that he don't know the plan when he gave me the SIM and said that previously told thing (750 mins free in CUG and 200 local SMS are free) is not in the plan and they change for it. Sir such persons like Deepak are misguiding your customers I have no personal hatred towards that guy but being a reputed company these guys are not sending good message to your customers.

          Hi I am having a vodafone (hutch karnataka) [protected] connection from past 5 years... I am still holding this number just because I dont want to change my number. but I think its time to change to some other providers like airtel, I agree to all the above mentioned complaints. Vodafone is testing our patients. please anyone can suggest me how to file a compliant against vodafone in the consumer court? Here are the problems I am facing.

          1.everyday some amount is been deducted dont know for what they are deducting the amout

          2. vodafone is charging 1 rupee per sms eventhough I have opted for 1 paisa per sms.

          3. when I tried to call customer care, they wont try to attend the calls. I was getting the reply as soon as they recieve the calls as " thank you for calling vodafone have a nice day" lol

          4. atlast trying for an hour i could speak with one girl, her response was funny, I asked her why u r deducting 1 rupee per sms, she said that its your fault.. lol

          I, Mr. Videsh ([protected]) a prepaid custemer of Hutch (newly Vodafone). nearly from last week of march, my account started deduction of sum of Rs.3/-(Rupees three only). per day. I tried to call their customer care but couldn't. finally after long trying I got connected & lodge a complaint regarding the same.This has been repeated for four times, I had been assured all the time to sort out my problem, but they didn't work fast on my querry. As a result y the deduction of the said account balance continued. They also assured me that the whatever balanc have been deducted from my account will be returned back too me. The said problem was because of the system error it seems when I aproach them telliphonically. But till now I haven't got back the said amount.

Then I call to customer care they told me we have not received any request from your side. Then I have re-send Sms as on 9/4/2008 7.26 am. But after doing all efforts the scheme is not activated. I made several calls to customer care as on 14/4/2008. I have talked with Miss Jatinder Kaur, Mr. Sunil & two another persons but have hold my calls for long time and could not do any thing and call was disconnected all times. After some time I have received a sms from your side “Hello your service registration is[protected], we shall respond your query by 18th April 2008 6.00 pm” My problem is not solved yet. I am very upset and unhappy. Tell me one thing what mistake I have done to Purchase a connection from Vodafone Company. I am using another numbers from Spice and Airtel but I have no compliant from them. You are ordered to solve this problem and refund my all money deducted by your company above charged at local calls. Other wise i made your complaint to media as well as to your company’s directors.

          Vodafone — Deduction of my credit balance for services im not opting

          Im prepaid customer of vodafone number [protected] in delhi and i have been noticing that every other day they are sending messages regarding deduction from my credit balance as a rental for caller tune which i have never opted. They also never give option for discontinuing this particular added service. I have tried to reach customer care but for obvious reason either they never pick up or they are clueless regarding my complaint. i dont know why this mobile company has most cunning attitude in getting money from there customers and also they have put most incompetent and irresponsiple people sitting on the customer care benches.
          i have a hutch prepaid connection. I was supplied sim which is old and out dated . It catches other providers and does not catch signals of hutch. When I went to Hutch Shopee in sector 19 chandigarh, They asked me to purchae new sim because they thought that I will pay to retain the number.

          I was offered the plan for corporate plan.

          I told i already have corporate plan which is having 50 rs rental.

          When i asked for the detail scheme. I was not entertained properly i was told that dont tell me about what you know just listen what i know. inspite of entertaining the customer. she gave bad words like idot.

          I dont wana complain. i just want u to train them how to behave with customers.

Road, fort that " may i get cradit for this amount and he told "Yes". & he told he entered in systems and i will get balance within 72 hours.

          than after 5 days i went to that galary & ask for my balance but those persone (Mr Ranjeet not there that time) & one lady Miss Reshma told me that i will get balance credit within 24 hours.

          This story now one month ago.
          till today, i not got any balance credit from vodafone.

          I'm a vodafone user.I've been using the service since an year or more.But the fact is, service is very pathetic comparing to Airtel.Moreover customer service agents have no manner to serve their customers.Also one thing i don't fail to understand, why the hell these agents are for?This should not be called as "We are happy to help you"!!!
          I am not able to send any outgoing SMS from my mobile since 4 days.And regularly i have been approaching their agents for providing me a better solution.After such a long time my complain was accepted 24hrs (or more) before.Where in i was promised to get things resolved.But there is no development so far and I'm not able to connect to customer service people as well.
          I'm afraid to say, if this would continue for long so including me those who are facing these kinda problem, would definitely look for better option else where.

          Improper Deduction of Balance without my consent
          I, Venugopal TR is a prepaid customer of vodafone([protected]).They deducted rs 102 from my account on basis of activation of service which i opted for. but not Replicating amount still now. inspite of repeated calls to there customer care i dint get good response.wen i wantd to talk to superviser no one attended my call n my call was put on hold n finally disconnected. its very harrassing bein customer of such a big telecom company.
          I am receiving phone calls from some individuals of Vodafone on my mobile, suggesting some offers. I have declined to listen to them. Still I get calls. This is unfair on their part. Moreover, I hate to see Vodafone advertisement on TV during the IPL matches because a dirty ugly dog is helping a child. Do Indian deserve exposure to uglyness ? Afterall, what these guys think about Indians ?

          my Name is Dheeraj Kumar and no was [protected]. i was using this number for past 2 years. i had talk associate Plan, but when i left hutch. i got Talk 149 Plan . So, i wanted to convert number in Prepaid. but hutch people says they are not converting numbers in prepaid. Hence i wanted to suspend number permanently. I went vodafone dwarka Hutch shop and gave request for permanent suspension. They deactivated the number saying i need to pay for the month, i did nt use as well.
          I refused and temporarily suspended number. Now without my request or permission, they sent me new sim and charged me in bill. I called cust care and they said my number has been reactivated on old sim .
          and they keep sending me bill and harassing me .I got the bill of RS 1500 now without any usage.
          Customercare representatives are not giving me nay positive solution.
          Please Somebody Help me.

          improper deduction of balance
          I, ASHOK KUMAR is a prepaid customer of vodafone([protected]).They deducted rs 48 from my account on basis of activation of any service which i never opted for..
          inspite of repeated calls to there customer care i dint get good response.wen i wantd to talk to superviser no one attended my call n my call was put on hold n finally disconnected. its very harrassing bein customer of such a big telecom company.

          i am using this vodafone connection from last 3 years they activated one caller tune for me and every month they detect amount from my account, i tried to call custemer care but i d't get any reply, i am fedup from this
          How to get vodafone Shop Contact number:

          1. Get your latest bill from the shop.
          2. Look at the FAX number they provided.
          3. Change the last digit of the fax number and dial
          4. Keep changing the last digit until somebody picks up!

          For example: number for Vodafone Store in Hypercity:
          +[protected]because fax is 671 00 985!)

          Since this bill was overcharged i spoke to the customer care exe in Chennai, after a long and very tiring discussion he told me to pay amt INR 800, which i paid that day itself.
          Now today i got a mail from some collection man asking for more INR 556 unnecessarily, after i called him he started threatening me by saying that he will start legal proceedings against me. Since i don’t want any kind of inconvenience for me i paid the aforesaid amount also, but i am very much disappointed with the person in Vodafone. i want you to take some action against him his details are -

          Vodafone — my no permanetly blocked

          I was using vodafone no [protected] from last 1 year, I was not able to pay bill by due date as I was out of station, so by no is permanently blocked an sold in market. I need the same no as soon as posible as I am far from my family and they ar not bale to contact me.

          I've purchased HTC P3400 and I need to configure GPRS and use Internet.
          I would like to bring into your kind attention that the services of Vodafone is getting bad and bad by each passing day. My postpaid no was deactivated for 3 very crucial days and inspite of going for SIM change Vodafone staffs least cared for reactivation inspite of giving me assurance at their vodafone centre that it will be activated by max 2 hours.

            Payments not getting updated into my account

            I have made payment for the bill of Aug2007 thru my ICICI internet banking Bill pay option on Sept 10th 2007 for amount of INR 1406.90 via transaction number [protected]. I have started getting calls that the payment has not been made, I have provided the details of payments several times. Since Oct 3rd 2007 my outgoing were barred.
