[Resolved] Vodafone — I'm getting automated nuisance voice call from vodafone | |||
Hello, I'm getting nusance (automated voice) calls from vodafone everyday at lease twice that explains about their products like paid caller tune etc which is highly intolerable as a customer. I'm not able tolerate such nusance calls while i'm busy on critical work. This call is usually coming from a number with this pattern - +911409****** (e.g. today i got it from [protected]). It's coming from a different number everytime (with this patern though) so I'm not able to block the number as well. I'm sure that other vodafone customers will also receive this nusance calls. I'm still getting this annoying calls... they don't understand consumer's problem and providing solutions...

I cannot expose my contact number. All I need from you is, refrain from making such automated voice call not only for me but also for other customers. I have many friends with this same complaint against Vodafone. Blocking such nusance call for me alone is not going to solve the problem. Everybody else need solution for this problem too. Please take necessary action.
