[Resolved] Vodafone — Number is running out of service | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, That I had Port my Airtel No. [protected] in Vodafone 11 July 2012 and I got an SMS from you Dated 24th July 2012 that my Porting has been approved and the Porting request No. AW226356. But when I insert the Vodafone SIM that was showing Inactive Smartchip. I complaint this to Vodafone Store they replied that your Sim Card is damaged they changed and charged Rs. 25/-, again this Sim not activate yet & also I have 6 times submit the copy of of my Passport as ID & Photo. They have given me some Number to Contact them for any query from Vodafone Store [protected], [protected] but they are not receiving the call even then I am regularly going to Vodafone Store but they replied daily that your Number will activate tonight and no any action has been taken yet in this matter. Yesterday (23/08/12) they replied that it will activate tomorrow at 5.00 P.M. The Number is out of working from 23rd July 2012 to till Today. i had also mails to TRAI & NODAL OFFICES OF VODAFONE, I complaint at Delhi Nodal Office of Vodafone on [protected] but they also could'nt anything in this matter. I am a Professional and I am Facing lot of problems due to this problem my number is running out of service last one Month and I am taking much losses due to this. Who will be responsible for this matter and what step should I take against them. Please help me as soon as possible. with regards!
