This letter is regarding the vodafone connection +91-[protected].
I'm very saddened by the fact that the service been provide to me was way below acceptable standard.
I bought new Vodafone connection from "Akash telecom" situated in Kalyan Puri, East Delhi, and provided my valid ID immediately at the point of deal. My number was activated after two days which I swallowed anyhow, But all of sudden after two more days my number was suspended without information and on contacting customer care I was handled rudely with the information that my ID has been misplaced by your distributor. Now I have to submit a new ID for the same.
Is this how you treat with your customer and their ID? What if my ID gets misused? I am not complaining about your service, I am just complaining that your dealer lost my ID and I humbly request you please insure me that my ID doesn't gets misused.
Also, Please look into the issue that my connection gets started as soon as possible without much of delay.

Vodafone — Without Information Service Start
Dear sir,Vodafone company starting many service in my mobile without any pre-information. and when i want to call in customer care i could not connect to customer care.

Are you people Sick. How Can you Barred The Mobile Services without any information .This is unauthorised and I supposed that
you need document only at one time I have Already Submit The Documents In Vodafone Shop Hazratganj & Already Got Verification Call From Your Side Now After Six Monthe You Suspend My No. You Totally Harrass Me And Now No One Can Contact Me Due This Mishappening
And May Be I will Be terminate From My Job Due To This Suspension And If Its happen
Then Am Sure I will Go To consumer Court.
I am In Roaming at Delhi And Even your others vodafone Shop(Punjabi Bagh-Delhi, Executive Name Sachin)
cant Do Anything Regarding This Matter. Means If person is at Roaming Ur Shops Are happy To take the money for postpaid Bills And prepaid Vouchers
Well! Its Very Happy Services and Moreover my Customer Care No. Is Not Working and These People Given me the Wrong Customer Care No. O[censored]p East
