I purchased Vento Car in Feb 2011 in Hyderabad AP09CJ1202, as they claim the car is not giving mileage, it is not giving more than 12 km even on highways. I waited for First service, but no change in mileage. On 20.09.2013 I have taken delivery after second service from Secunderabad along with some claim. But their service is so bad my car paint has become shabby. Today I have taken the car to the service station to get it brushed so that the patches on the body will go. But they could not do it properly and asked me to come again on some other day. First of all why they have not taken proper care while servicing and on repair work, and making the customer trouble. I don't think that they can remove the patches on my car body with out disturbing. Who is responsible for this? Can I go for consumer forum for in sufficient service on the company?
