[Resolved]  Volkswagen / Jetta — REPEATEDLY UNRESOLVED COMPLAINTS

These are the unresolved problems that i have been facing from the very first service, after i had brought VOLKSWAGEN JETTA, from the Volkswagen dealer in cochin.

1. Jerking of the whole body when the car is engaged into First gear
2. heavy rattling noise from the rear of the vehicle
3. water seeping into the running board cavity and being stored there

how the dealer responded
1. all VW Jetta have the jerking issue.
2. it could be the brake pins being lose
3. tried fixing it

what i doubt is the actual problem
1. there is a issue with the clutch
2. the dealer is unable to solve it
3. the dealer is unable to solve it

it would be helpful if the dealer would find a way to solve it or get sufficient knowledge from the company to solve these problem at the earliest. as the condition of the car is deteriorating
