Dt: 18.07.2011 M/s.Navjivan Auto Square Pvt. Ltd., Kargil Chowk, Surat Dumas Road, Surat - 395007, Gujarat. Sub: Non Delivery of Booked Car Dear Sir, This is in regards to my booking for a NEW PASSAT Diesel HIGHLINE, White Colour. I have booked the car under the sales contract no. 20062, Dated : 18th April, 2011, with advance amount of Rs. 3 Lacs, Under the name of Surbhi Textile Mills Pvt. Ltd., for delivery schedule in June,2011. Despite many talks with the concerned person of the dealer Mr. Maunish Mistry and Mr. Tejas Desai (GM) , Mr. Vinay Patel, till date there is no fixed date for the delivery of the car and i do not get any proper response from the dealers as well. For complains, i have called many times to Volkswagen Mumbai on[protected], but i have no proper response. Kindly take a note of it and possibly give me a confirmed scheduled date for the same.
