Volkswagen Passat Patiala — improper service

more than a month has passed since my black passat bought on 1st july 20111 n only 8000km driven went to service for minor repair.despite repeated reminders nobody gave us proper reply n still waiting fo my car.
very poor service record here in patiala.
they themselves need urgent repair of the whole staff at volkswagen patiala
