[Resolved] Volkswagen Polo 1. 6 — Faulty product and disgusting after sales and to top of the all pathetic company attitude | |||
I purchased a Polo 1.6 from globus volkswagen delhi north on 21st April, 2011. My dilemma started the very first moment from the showroom only. The staff was at conflict among themselves only, they commited me something but after taking the advance the owner came and refused to the comittment. Giving them benefit of being near to my place I purchased this polo from them only. After running around 600 kms the A/c stopped working , I went to the dealer he sent me to the Moti nagar Delhi west workshop. They told me that the gas has leaked as there is some leakage which they could'nt detect in the first visit. The car ran perfectly fine for three four days but again after that the problem resurfaced plus there was some noise from the A/c this time. Now today 30/05/2011 this is the third day my car is with them though they today said that sir we have detected a leakage at the cooling coil etc but I doubt it won't resurface for the second time. In the mean time I sent three mails to VW India but no response just an acknowledgement mail, thats it. These people are not at all customer friendly. I plan to file a case at the consumer court if the problem resurfaces again. One more thing I wanna tell that on the day of delivery there was a long scratch on the car which these people tried to camouflage by rubbing and all. See the standards of the company which they advertise 'Das Auto'. Shame VW! Was this information helpful? | |||
