Volkswagen Polo — Volkswagen Polo servicing sucks | |||
Volkswagen Polo was my first car and I bought it soon after they ventured in India. The truth is I am totally disappointed with the servicing & the behavior of the staff. The reason being - since the time I have bought my car I have been facing issues with the engine (EPC & vibration), the result is shutting of the engine while it is running! Also, the pick up speed of the car has been affected. Because of the same it is always in the service center. From last 6 months the problem has aggravated to an extent that my car is in service center every month for the same problem. Despite visiting the service center multiple times over last months the problem still persists. This time however I got my car back after 6 days of being in service center under the illusion that the problem would be rectified this time… only to realize not to my surprise that the car showed the same problem precisely after 2 days of running. The harassment just doesn’t stop here, the worst part about the experience is the behavior of the Volkswagen team, In today’s time and age when companies ensure that customer satisfaction is of priority, Volkswagen team cares a damn about the same. Despite of continuous complaints over the last 6 months and not even a single soul has thought it is their responsibility to call and resolve the same. So as a harassed customer since It was my decision to buy Volkswagen Polo without understanding all the aspects of an automobile, I had to proactively call the representatives repeatedly. I still had the faith that atleast after listening to my side of the story someone from the company will sympathize with me and give me a solution. But I must tell you what happened “ I was told by Ms. Rashmi, from Volkswagen Downtown to SELL MY CAR, which I just bought 3 years back after paying through my nose… Is this answer acceptable?? Despite repeated reminders and 10,000 calls, I still stand in the same place where I was 6 months ago and hence yet again sending my car at the disposal of few equipped and experience mechanics who seem to solve the biggest problem in the world’s largest car company, but are unable to help me! Now I repent my decision of buying a Volkswagen… Was this information helpful? | |||

Volkswagen Polo — Worst Product & Services
I have Polo TDI. It is the worst car for Indian Roads. Its Oil chamber is broken thrice in 1 and a half year time and the services of its dealers are worst.RUSTY CHROME LOGOS AND FRONT GRILL PARTS
I own a volkswagen vento trendline dec.2010 model car. The chrome logo on the rear gets rusty and the fron grill parts having chrome strip are also rusty. I do not know why such a Good brand is using inferior quality of chrome partsdoor side sound

Volkswagen/Polo — Service
My car (POLO) is only 1 yr old,It has developed Manufacturing Engine defect (vibration on neutral) .
It has been in the workshop(Volswaken meerut) for more than 2 weeks and they are not even able to figure out the defect/problem.
I want the car to be replaced as it is in warranty period.
