[Resolved]  Volkswagen Vento — cheating by either dealer or company

i brought a volkswagon vento in july 2011 and since then this car has lots of problems. at 5000kms it had a breakdown and it had to be towed to dealer. problem was that coolent level went to empty without any indication. how come a brand new car had a breakdown at just 5000kms? it was in workshop for 15 days. AC was never effective and on repeated complaint they say that it cannot be repaired as it is like this only. and now AC vents has stopped giving air. now the car is in workshop again for last 10 days and these people are not giving any satisfactory reply that when our car will be returned. coolent level still goes down and these people say that whole lot of vento is defected and company is not ready for r&d as the market in india is very minimal for r&d purpose. rear windows has problems,they get stuck in between. now i want to file a complaint against this company/dealer for cheating me. either this particular piece is defective or whatever the problem is these are not getting it resolved.
