Volkswagen Vento — Intolerable delay in delivery of Vento and unresponsive acts for customer complaints

I have booked Volkswagen Vento on 11th September 2010 by paying INR. 75000/- as booking amount.
It was committed while booking that car would get delivered by 15th November 2010.
I have no communication so far from dealer [Vidyut Motors, Pune] or company about this delay.
I am following up with sales executive and get a new commitment of fortnight date.
Meanwhile, I had launched a complaint with VM customer care on 18th December 2010, but un-fortunately, up on three follows from them, I did not have any call [or resolution] from dealer or company.
Today, dealer has committed a new date, i.e. 15th February 2011, which is hard to believe, considering past experiences.
I am quite disappointed as neither dealer nor company is bothered to address customer grievances.
This is my last attempt to seek any resolution from company.
Do not be surprised if I change my mind to go for any other competitive car.
