[Resolved]  Volkswagen (Vidyut Motors) — No Proper Service From Service Center

I had given my Vento (MH12HL2422) to Vidyut motors on 21 Jan 12 for servicing after i met up with an accident. They told that the damage will take 3 weeks to be repaired. After that i am continuously calling them for update but am not able to get any update from the Service center. I myself went to service center on 4 Feb 12 and found that no work has been started on the vehicle and is kept at the place where i left it with no work started on it.

I am very disappointed with this service. Still, the service adviser is not responding properly.
Plz do the needful.
