We have purchase 2 ton split a c from Fine Electronics(faridabad) against bill no. 2156 dtd-19.05.09 .From the first day we have face the non cooling problem, regarding this we have complaint towards Weather Comfort services, & we are complaining to your area head Mr.Ashok his mobile no. is [protected], from last one month, every time were getting same response that we will replace the same with in a day . But till date no action has been taken, It is affect to your name & quality. We are loosing our business due to non providing the cooling atmosphere to our foreign buyers.

I hope u will take hard action to replace the machine, immediately & you will provide the best service to your customers regullarly

I purchesed 1 A/c of Tata Voltas Vertis but after 5 days external unit fan was breake. and i have given the complaaint to dealer sadana electonic, alambagh lucknow and following the service agency from last 10 days but till date we didn, t get any solution from voltas .
