[Resolved] Voltas — Non- Functional AC Remote | |
Purchased a Vertis Elite Air Conditioner in April 2009. The remote of the product stopped functioning in August 2009. A complaint was launced with the Voltas customer care, complaint number is 09AU230285. The remote was picked for replacment with no service remote control provided to us. After a month time I was offered a used/old remote control as a replacement, which i refused. Since then I am following with company but all in vain. The local personal are very rude and no proper reply is given to me. I am using the manual control for last three months, as a result they have become very hard. I feel that i have done a mistake in purchasing Voltas AC. I need a replaced NEW remote control and extented warrenty for the peroid I was without the remote and the manual controls to be repaired/replaced, as per the need. Was this information helpful? | |
