[Resolved] Voltas — Defective material given

Dear Sir
I have bought New 1.5T Voltas AC - Window type. I have lodged the complaint, they sent us the new one but second one was along not working. They have installed second time but there was NO Quality check, hence same was not working too. Now my house is testing lab for VOltas where they install and check.
My family is facing lot of problem due this. Hence I request you to take action against this company and make them to provide good product so that consumer should not face such proble.
I am still facing the Problem. Problem is still NOT over. Please help me resolve to resolve this issue.

I HAVE BOUGHT A VOLTAS AC 1.5 VOLTAS VERTIS PLATINA WINDOW VIDE INVOICE NO.35328 DTD. 27.6.10 FROM HARI OM ELECTRONICS. THE BACKSIDE COIL WAS DAMAGED FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY. SO MANY COMPLAINTS WERE MADE VIDE COMPLAINT NOS.10 JL 300 4542 DTD.30.6.10, 020-3802 DTD.2.7.10, 050-2142 DTD.5.7.10, 6.7.10, 120-3357 DTD.12.7.10, AU 180-2876. . UNDERSIGNED ALSO APPROACHED YOUR ABOVE MENTIONED DEALER MANY TIMES. AFTER A LONG TIME I.E. ON 16.8.2010 (AFTER 2 AND HALF MONTHS) A MAN FROM POWERMAT ELECTRONICS UDAY SINGH PALACE, NAHARPUR, SECTOR 7 ROHINI, DELHI-85 CAME AND COLLECTED AC BUT THE SAME HAS BEEN RETURN AFTER TWO DAYS WITHOUT ANY CHANGE OR SAY UNATTENDED. THERE IS NO WAY LEFT EXCEPT TO APPROACH YOUR GOODSELF AND AFTER THAT IN CONSUMER COURT. THEREFORE IT WOULD BE IN THE INTEREST OF THE COMPANY IF BACKSIDE COIL OF MY AC IS CHANGED WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY.
