[Resolved]  Voltas Split AC — no response from service department for a 30 days old split ac

we have bought a 1.00 T split ac 1 month ago. water is leaking inside and we couldn't use it at all in the peak of summer. we have been calling the people who installed it who are company people for the past 2 weeks...no body attends it till now. i want to file a case against them as i couldn't use it in the summer when i need it most and why i actually bought this product. help us.

I HAVE PURCHASED 1 TON SPLIT AC ON DATED 30/04/09 FROM RAZZLE DAZZLE ELECTRONIC SHOWROOM, F-3/31, KRISHNA NAGAR DELHI-110051, I LODGED COMPLAINTS SO MANY TIMES BUT MY COMPLAINTS COULD NOT BE RECTIFIED FROM YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. COMPLAINTS NOs DETAILS:

MY AC IS NOT COOLING PROPERLY SINCE 05/06/09. KINDLY INSTRUCT THE SERVICE CENTRE BABYLON ENGG. CO. PARWANA ROAD DELHI-110051, FOR THE RECTIFICATION OF COMPLAINT AS EARLIST .

VOLTAS — NO RESPONSE FOR SERVICE

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a Voltas Split AC in ratna fan house on May-2008.Recently i am getting problem in the AC.I have made a call to customer care[protected] dated 21st June 2010.They replyed that the call will be attaended with in 24 hours.But still (26th June 2010) i have not seen any one to attend the problem.Even after repeated call to customer service i could not solve my problem.

Since there is a skin problem for my Dad, i have purchased the AC.But now it is not meeting my need's.Due to absence of AC, my dad getting lot of skin problems which i cannot bare due to the poor service.

Yesterday(25th june 2010) a person with the mobile number [protected] has called enquired the address.My place is out city.So, i has not came back to atted the call.

If they cannot support for remote area they should not sell the products to that area.

This is the same problem we are facing for all the products which we buy.
