I have purchased 1 no.Voltas W/AC 1T Vertis Plus from Croma, Ansal Plaza, Greater Noida, the details of which is mentioned below:Date of purchase: 19-Apr-09

Delivery Date: 22-Apr-09, Time 12.00pm to 5.00pm
The AC was not in stock, hence it was promised by your staff that the same will be delivered on 22-Apr-09. It was delivered on 22-Apr-09, but at 9.20pm. It is still lying in my home uninstalled.
Pls get the AC installed today at 6.00pm.
