[Resolved] Voltas Vertis Premium Window AC — Compressor not working | |||
Whenever Compressor turns ON after 3 min the MCB trips. Compressor problem. No support from voltas service. None of the phone nos given in manual working. If sometimes get through the sytem is upgrading so they dont help. They just say they are sorry now..cannot lodge the comp[lain ..call later. I seriously feel cheated.. The TATA is playing with its image...I supprot not to buy VOLTAS products...Once money is given..No service is provided.... Was this information helpful? | |||

AC Vertis premium — Complaint
I have purchased 2no.of AC units from your Authorised Dealer M/S.Dolphin Vision at Paralakhemundi.The dealer instructed to install the ACs through local mechanic.Due to installation by local mechanic they are damaging water panel as a result there is is water leakage This is the most complaintby almost the consumer. After purcase the dealers are not instructing us about installation through authorised voltas technicians.This is the state of affairs by another authorisede dealer i.e.,M/S.Nakshtra Electronics,Paralakhemundi.
It is requested to instruct your dealers to insist the installation o[censored]nits through authorised voltas technicians only & not through local mechanic.

Voltas Vertis Premium Window AC — Complaint Not Being Attended To
I purchased an Voltas AC Model Vertis Premium on 12 April 2009 from Jyoti Electronics, Star Plaza(Near Bachcha Park) Meerut, UP. On the second day of purchase I realised that the AC was not functioning properly and that the compressor was switching off with vibrating sound and that the temperature was regularly rising in between and warming up the room. It would maintain itself at 22 and then rise till 28 to 30. I have repeatedly requested Jyoti Electronics to have the AC checked by company Authorised Rep but to no avail. Today they gave me a number of your customer care as [protected] and asked me to contact them saying that after sale it is not their responsibility. This is ridiculous. I am contacting the said number and no one is responding. IS THIS VOLTAS? I have two LG AC's at my permanent residence and I have had no trouble in service. SUCH DEALERS SHOULD BE BLACKLISTED as they are giving a bad name to you. I would request you to kindly get this resolved immediately and not compell me to use another forum for my grievances. Hoping for a favourable reply and immediate action.
