Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd — Mis Information and Fraud Promises | |
My reliance card number is [protected], I bought this on Wednesday 8th October 09, and had been continuously followed up with reliance and Vriti Infocom for activation of the card untill Saturday late night. Key problems I have are as below: Vriti Infocom has passed wrong information of activation in 24 hours, whereas the SLA as per reliance is 72 hrs from the time of delivery of card, even 72 hours crossed and took around 24 more hours for activation of the services. Reliance customer care does not support to the customer untill the details of the customer are updated in the system and refuse to register the complaint, and they do not have mechanism in place wherein complaint against data card number can be registered. Dropping a mail to netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com is futile and there is no response / auto generated mail acknowledging the receipt of the mail. Even marking CC to Mr. Anil Ambani does not help, and there is no response from either of them. My complaint number in this regard with reliance customer care is[protected], in which some senior officer Priti ([protected]) has confirmed over phone that I can raise complaint against reliance and vriti with consumer court against it. Phone numbers provided by customer care representative for nodal officers is not answered. There is a doubt whether the escalation call is really forwarded to actual seniors as the people in customer care cannot make outgoing calls / conference some other culprits involved in the complete chain. whereas in one case the senior person could do it for me. I doubt about other promises of holiday packages made by Vriti as there is no call since i bought the card for sending the vouchers to my address. Customer care representatives do not have email acess and cannot send any mail to customer with the details of the complaints raise which is a fundamental right of any customer across all the industries. I have mails supporting my details of communication and it should be possible against complaint number to listen all the communication happened over phone with various customer care representatives. It took more then 30hrs to activate.
Fraud promise:
one execative Mr.Mayak told me if you do not like the card you will get ur Rs.3500 and we will take our card back.
This way they laying & get the coustomers.
