I have purchased TATA Photon from Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd. Sales executive was Ganesh and his cell no [protected]. Since purchase of TATA Photon the said person is vanished from city. Not picking up call. BEWARE from the said guy and purchase TATA Photon from TATA INDICOM gallery only even though it is costly. TATA call centre do NOT have any idea about the said company - Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd and shown relectancy to register complaint against the said company. Dear Forum,I have purchased a Tata Photon Plus device from Vriti Infocom Pvt. Ltd. on 2ND JULY 2011. But the device has not been activated till yet. I have talked Mr. Avinash, Mr. Santosh and Mr. Ankit from Vriti Infocom, but i did not get a satisfactory answer from their side.i called them so many times and they are not lefting the phone.
