[Resolved]  VRL — Charging Extra Over the Consignments Delivered

R/Sir,

This is with reference to the unauthorized & extra charges over the invoice or consignment delivered. VRL Logistics Ltd is charging for the consignments delivered even after charging "Hamali Charges, Door Step Delivery Charges" Even the delivery people are charging for the consignment for Hamali Charges extra after being paid as per the invoice.

Kindly take respective steps in this regards.

Even these people are not bothered to issue the Consignees Invoice Copy and want the consignee to receive Photocopy of the Invoice. No proper bills even after the extra charging of hamali charges even after the charges for Door step delivery and hamali charges after being paid through invoice from Consignor.

Would request you to kindly take necessary measures or steps to avoid the same with other citizens.
