[Resolved]  VRL Travels — About Departure & arrival timings

The VRL staff ought to apprise the commuter of correct boarding time.It happened to me in Pune 5 years ago.Boarding time was mentioned as 8.45pm from Aundh but when I reached there, the bus had alredy left at 8.30pm!!I had to waste money on taxi and rush to last point with a lot of tension, all alone in unknown city.My written complaint to the General Manager evoked no response at all.

I travled from bangalore to shirdi and shirdi to bangalore in vrl, i have never seen such dirty bus in volvo the way they maintining is i can give u 0%, drivers are very rood and they will not relay, and the main worst thing is timings which they will not follow, while booking the tkt through red bus the reaching timimg was shone was from bnglr to shirdi is we supose to reach at morning 7.00am we reached at 12.30pm. Plz i[censored] have guys want to reach fast dont travel in vrl logistics its the travles where no one will respond...

I travelled from bangalore to shirdi in the VRL Volvo thursday bus number is MH-----on 08 march 2012 my seat number is 15W and while comeing is 28W it was super and hossam y because u know the drivers they ask the people when u want to stop come and let me know i will stop and also the company staff they behave so politness and some people where aged more then 60 in the bus i think 4 to 5 people they where also travelling to baba place where the bus where left for the hotle (KAMATH) near davanagere every one where wating for them but the driver siad to old people take ur own time and come we will wait and the cleaner my god he will inform the people befor stop comes and if any one slept means he weak them and he will ask with the good respect thats super and i travelled with first time it was so impressing and i[censored] come for bus timing its exactly they maintain

Vijaysankeshwar i think u r aim is to help the society in any manner i think i am not wrong and please keep up this spirt and make all the coustmer Happy realy i felt so happy with ur drivers and one more thing sir while comeing we have booked the same travels that is VRL they also keep up their timing is very well sir and if i come to an entine -ment wow wow wow super sir All in one set up that all comedy movies in the bus i sawed the people every one laughing so loudly such an wonder full moment sir nice movie they have put thank u for once again for giving us so good transport for the society

i have travelled banglore to shiridi on march 28 on vrl Multi axecil volvo super vechile. The driver doesn't take the vechicle untill every one comes from the hotle near chithradurga for coffee and davangere for dinner and his driving is execlent and the movie awsome every one they are laughfing in the bus and while comeing also i have booked the same travels only super experience i never had it before in any other travels and only one request please if can provide the water bottel sir because all others are giving and we are not less then the others rite so only i am asking u sir and each and every time bus cleaner will help the travelr by helping him i liked his behaviour and time pick up is execatly from bangalore and in the net they have not give any drop time fine but hten also we have reached on 7.30 so soon only because after we reach then only KSRTC has reached late one hour fron of the hotle so please i[censored] want to go for shiridi choose VRL only they give nice service to the coustomer

Even after numerous complaints about delays staff and bus condition VRL is same and not ready to change. Worst remains worst as govt of India is least bothered about people. Govt should pitch in and take some actions. I have seen traffic police taking money from private travels dalals including VRL to stop bus at very busy road no matter how much traffic keep suffering. For every festival VRLs bus fair will increase by 2 or 3 times. Is somebody getting 1/3rd of money to not taking any action?
