dear sir, i had purchased a wagon r lxi car from your dealer M/S Fortune cars bhiwadi with invoice dated 31.01.2010. while purchasing the said car i have asked for a 2010 model and same was promised by d dealer. i took d delivery of this car on 03.02.2010 with a TRC no. to be registered at jaipur. now today when i went to get my car registered, i came to that i was made fool by your said dealer. he sold me a 2009 model inspite of promising me a 2010 model. this is a cheating with me. i also contacted the dealer for the same but he refused to acknowledge his fault and is pushing d old model onto me.
this is giving me mental trouble since i have paid for a 2010 model. Kindly advice if you can handle the matter or i go to a consumer forum. please help me out as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
