[Resolved]  Wagon R Lxi — Non delivery of delivery challan, invoice ,registration and other related papers.

I bought an Wagon R car from SUSHILA AUTOMOBILE PVT. LTD on 31/03/2009 and till to day the company failed to hand over me all papers to me. Apart from that Please note that

1. Before buy the car I was given service by Sri Gautam Goshwami team leader and Sri Pradip Sinha.

2 The offer me best price for WAGON R VXI and also assured the availibility of the model.

3 On 31st march I deposited a Demand Draft for Rs362344/- as per there information for which one money receipt bearing NO 32511 for booking of vxi p red car was given.I told them, that delivery of the car will be taken on 1st April being 6th day of Chaitra Durga Puja.

4 On 1st April when I went to take delivery of the car Mr Goshwami and Mr Pradip Sinha told me that there is no stock of P Red car in VXI model. Only Lxi model is available. It was a deleberate lie told by Mr goshwami and Mr Pradip Sinha about availability of Vxi car, on 31st March.

5 More interesting MR Goshwami told me that since you have given more money we will convert your car in VXI MODEL by fixing assosiries. However It was not possible, And I agree to that only because I had alredy paid the money. Some assosiries were fixed with a cost more than what I already paid by around Rs1800/- which they told me not to pay.

6 More than 20 days has elapsed no papers has been handed over to me by the company and I am unable to bring the car on road.

7 I feel I am being cheated by SUSHILA ATOMOBILES, RANCHI and by there staff for giving false comitment of delivering the car which which I acually wanted, otherwise I could have taken the car from other dealer in the city where it was available including choice of colours.I was only attarcted since they told several concessions offered best brice. But I did not know in the name of best price they will offer me Lxi version and sell some assosiries which attarct more profit on cost of customers.

8 Kindly look into the matter so that I can get the papers immidiately and do not cheate me further.
