Sir,
We have purchased one WM-WM-WHPL-6.5KG-650H-FATL-BLACK on dt. 02/10/2009 from your NEXT RETAIL SHOP - Faridabad.

I am really very surprised about the quality of Whirlpool Company because between 15-20 days your service person has visited 2-3 times but problem is still there. We are facing the problem from very first day.

We will never accept this machine, So we are requesting you to replace the machine immediately. Please find enclosed the Bill copy of this machine.
