[Resolved] Western Digital — Unable to login on wdc.com | |||
When I tried to login my account, it showed message 'Error: Your login attempt has failed. Make sure the username and password are correct.'. Then I tried to change the change the password, but it showed the following message 'Error: That nickname already exists. Enter a unique nickname.'. I have checked my emails as well but there is no email from wester digital site. Now, I'm unable to check the warranty details of earlier purchased drive. Because of this I'm unable to register my newly purchased Western Digital 1TB hard drive. Right now, I don't know what to do? Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
