I had a first class reservation from borivali to dahanu road in vapi passenger on 5 th Nov. 2011. i had a confirm reservation but no seat was alloted to us. the same was with other passengers who were travelling with us.when we boarded the train ,we found that train was totally crowded and there was no seats Even neither Tc nor attandent was available to allot us our reserved seats. We travel standing up to Dahanu road inspite of reservation.
I want to register the complaint against railways to refund my entire money for the discomfort caused to my family.
i have done the reservation because my daughter is small and she has also travelled standing entire journey. Was this information helpful? |
