Whirlpool Washing Machine Model No.650S FATL, Product Serial No.9844 had been purchased on 18.10.09 and paid the amount vide Invoice No.000836 & Debit Card Batch.No.000098 @ 14.38 hrs. from Next Retail India Ltd., Chembur-71, Name of CSE: Mr. Sahil and it was promised to deliver the product on 19.10.09. As on today I have not received the product. Repeated telecons had been made on every day from my side to Mr. Sahil & other sales executives about my problem. It was brought to the notice of Mr. Nitin - Br. Manager on 22nd & 23rd of October, 2009 but unfortunately always I am getting wrong feed back. On 23.10.09 again requested Mr. Nitin to convey situation of the above to Mr. Vinod who is the superior to him. Finally Mr. Nitin said that, the above said product is available two pieces and those are defective and fresh product is expecting during the next week and it will be delivered on 30.10.2009. I want bring few issues to your notice i.e. non availability of Scratch Cards of Whirlpool Products, & non availability of scratch card gift items on the said products at the Chembur show room. Hence, you are requested to advise the person concerned to expedite the delivery of washing machine which I have purchased.
