My 1.5 ton Ac is covered by an annual maintenance contract. I lodged a complaint on 26th April since it was not functioning . I was given complaint numberGB [protected].The technician came on 27th April and told me that the compressor is defective and the switch panel of the Ac is not functionig. He did some temporary repair and told me to use the AC and that he would ring me up on 28th morning to check the status. The compressor stopped functioning after 2 to 3 hours. Since no one contacted me I lodged another complaint on the morning of 28th April giving all these details. No one came, so I gave a reminder in the evening. ON both ocassions I was assured that an urgent request has been sent. No one has either contacted me or come to attend to the problem. This callous attitude whrein no one has attended to the complaint for the past 96 hours and we have had to sleep without the Ac for 2 nights speaks volumes of the efficiecy of a company of your repute. I request that the matter be investigated and the Ac be repaired at the earliest.

Whirlpool — poor response of complaint
We have bought a 310L maxigerator new dark grey 3s and its product code is 11086. Several times we have repaired it as it want some thing or other after every few months.We have complaint against it a few times earlier also ,but no serious reply uptill.Even now the body of the refrigerator is also deteriorating .Dealer details :
