* year of purchase @ 2004
* problem started of cooling within warranty period
* service was given after lengthy communication with higher officials, in @ 2008.
* again problem of cooling started in feb '09.
* no service person turned up for inspection within 36 hours of complaining.
* product as well as service from whirlpool is very much below standards.
* rating if to be given should be in negative.
