I bought a Whirlpool AC in April 2009. The AC delivered to me was damaged (the Swing was broken). Whirlpool's local office in Kolkata told me they would replace the Swing.
After a couple of weeks, they told me they would be unable to replace the swing, so they would replace the entire indoor unit. I was asked to deposit my payment receipt at their office in Shantiniketan Building in Kolkata. I did & then I was told that someone from the godown will be in touch with me regarding the issue.
Someone called Prabhas[protected] from their Kolkata godown called me a couple of times, always giving a commitment for the date of replacing the indoor unit. But it has been 7 months since I complained & my indoor unit hasn't been replaced yet. Neither have they replaced the swing.
I have made multiple calls to their central Customer Care helpline no. as well - everytime I'm told that someone senior will get in touch with me & my problem will be solved. But it's been 7 months & my AC is yet to be fixed. The person in Kolkata who I had submitted my papers to is Amit Ghosh[protected]. Was this information helpful? |
