We bought a whirlpool refrigerator model no. 8124 almost 4 years ago and it's still in extended warranty period. I made a complaint 45 days ago to dealer, Authorised Service Centre. They didn’t come and, it was our job to keep on reminding them to have a look at the refrigerator and see what’s wrong. Finally we had to refrigerator to the service centre due to their lack to response. They had our refrigerator for the past 45 days and they didn’t bother to repair it and whenever we inquired they kept on postponing to the next week. It’s not yet repaired and we don’t have the patience to wait for another month. So, I request you to make necessary changes in the servicing of refrigerators and show little enthusiasm in repairing our refrigerators.
