I am extremely sorry to inform you that in a period of less than a year I observed multiple cracks in the inside door of Whirlpool Refrigerator,(Genius) 19 Royal Model No.,11260.,Serial No. In c08 444666 which I had bought from S.S Electronics,Piparia Silvassa on 11.11.08.
I accept that I lost an opportunity to ask you for either repair of defects or replacement of defects as the defects though developed in june, 09 but noticed and complained after the expiry of warranty period on 24.11.09.The development of defects in the product of Whirlpool within the warranty period is absolutely the matter of great wonder and disappointment.
My failure to take an advantage of warranty period to have registered my complaint in time is not what causes my concern but the fracture of faith in the product of Whirlpool does necessarily cause my anguish and annoyance.
Anyway when I registered my complaints with Whirlpool complaints centre I was asked by a person, who visited my house and confirmed the complaints but remained silent over the probable reasons of defects to bear the loss and pay an amount of Rs, 1600 for the change of defective door.
