[Resolved] Whirlpool Duromax Stabilizer — NOT ATTENDING THE COMPLAINT
I purchased Whirlpoo refrigerator 185l L in January 2006.
At the time of installation demo, your engineer strongly recommended to use of Whirlpool Duro Max stabilizer for the refrigerator. Based on his suggestion, we asked him to deliver the same which he delivered at the price of Rs.675/= on 31 January 2007 which has been given seven years warranty. Since then, this stabilizer was working satisfactorily. But for the las one month the same is not working for which I complained number of times against the mobile no. [protected]. Lastly a couple of weeks back your customer service centre has sent one engineer named as Mohan (his mobile no.[protected]) for replacing the stabliser. After attending the complaint he started saying that the same model is not existing, not being manufactured so the same can not be replaced but an upgraded stabliser will be repleced for which charges are to beared by the consumer. I clearly do not understand by me that once the stabliser is given 07yrs warranty, why should I bear the excess chargess if the company it self has stopped the manufacturing of the same model. The engineer left back by taking a photocopy of the bill for showing to the mananger. Weeks passed but no solution has been taken for the problem.
As of now, the status is same, no resolution/response to above problems...
This is the height of frustration that a customer can sustain with these kind of irresponsible companies and their networks...
