[Resolved]  Whirlpool Ff 350 Elite Refrigerator — Replacement of board

Hi,

I have registered a complaint with local office of Whirlpool for a beeping noise with my refrigerator FF-350 Elite (model). The refrigerator light doesn't light up as well when the door is opened. The local agent visited us and said that a board needs to be replaced and that he would work with the Whirlpool to get it done. It has been two months and the agent is unable to help and he puts the blame on Whirlpool for not providing the spares. This complaint was registered almost 2 months ago After that despite regular follow up there is no action.

The phone number at the supposed "Head Office" is doesn't work. I a frustrated customer and won't use Whirlpool goods or appliances anymore. Last week I tried to reach the Regional Head of the Whirlpool and his mobile number is switched off at all times!

I would like to raise this complaint in the hope of receiving some service from them despite being registered for a 72 month "PEACE OF MIND" - A relationship beyond service Plan. Some peace of mind Whirlpool has given us!!!! And, definitely, there is no service! The Plan number is HGO 2 with receipt number of 150539.
