[Resolved] Whirlpool / Fridge — Fridge service | |||
This is Madhu, I am using Whirlpool proton elite 6th sense model fridge I have gave complaint on 8th Jan, 2012. My 6th sense elight panel got damaged. They assigned one engineer he came and verified and he took elight panel. After that he didn't responding my calls. I registered complaing twice in whirlpool customer care center, they said will resolve your issue in 2 hours. If I call engineer, he is not picking up my call, if I call from another number he is picking up the call. His name is Sarvanan R. and his number is [protected]. Please help me wht needs to be done to get resolve this issue. Now everything is freezing and becoming ICE. Was this information helpful? | |||

Whirlpool / Fridge — Vasanth & Co Poor service and response
Hi,I bought a new fridge (Wirlpool model fusion) on 22nd Oct'11 and i payed the amount on same day and i was told by them it will deliver on or before 24th Oct'11 but it get one day delay on 25th Oct'11. which i was ask for black colour and they deliver marroun, while i spok to store manager he responding as which colour in avaliable in store that alone will deliver and the colour was not mentioned in the bill so we delivered the marroun colour and i was disappointed, after long discussion the told the alternative will deliver in another 2 days.
No proper guidence. the aim is to get the money from customer and they start to demand the customer, which is no right at all. Need to take action against this activity
