[Resolved] Whirlpool Fully Automatic Washing Machine — not satisfied with the quality | |||
We have purchased whirlpool fully automatic machine in 2009 July. Within 15 months I had to register complaints for 6 times. Every now and then some or the other part fails and functions stop. I doubt this company has any quality control department or not? Do they have qualified engineers to design their products? Do their seniors bother about the number of complaints coming from the same customer? Was this information helpful? | |||

hi i am judge -in-charge of civil court chatra district in jharkhand. i complain a many times my complain no is 08622 dated 26/11/10 and 01514 dated 6/12/10. but all are said i have no gear box so i can not do any thing.i complain to the near retailer PAWANSUT ELECTRONIC HE ALSO COMPLAIN A MANY TIMES but after four month my washing machine is not repair by any member of engineer so kindly do somthing to me for this problem. my contact no is [protected].
