[Resolved] Whirlpool Ice Magic — Worst after sales service and they are liars | |
I have been having a huge problem with the refrigerator I bought from Whirlpool since last two years. All my request for after sales services are delayed for months and need lot of time in chasing a series of people from Whirlpool. It is such a waste of time and energy. Almost every one at their customer care centre are liars and have least respect for their valued customers. I strongly recommend no one should even consider of buying any of Whirlpool goods. Whirlpool Ice Magic — no service past few days
We purchased a refrigerator from Navi Mumbai. Within 25 months of purchase of refrigerator there was aproblem of gas leakage.Thereafter, I lodged a complaint with the dealer who directed me to Whirlpool India. I complained to Whirlpool India (Complaint no MB[protected]) and they had informed me that they will look into the matter and revert. Subsequent to this there is no revert from the company's side for last few days.
I have tried to contact their Head office, their local office, etc but no response from their side. The telephone is never answered. They do not have call centre/toll free number.
Never expected a company like Whirlpool would cause so much inconvenience.
