Hello,
This is with regards to my Whirlpool Icemagic Refrigerator. I already have a service contract for 2 years for the same.
My refrigerator started giving problems from 5th of this month. I immediately contacted the Customer Care (Complaint No. MB[protected]). In response, a service engineer visited my house for the same day. He checked and informed me that there is some problem with the compressor and can be rectified in 2 days.
It has now been almost 10 days and nothing has been done about the same. I am doing regular follow-up for this problem but keep getting false commitments.
It is really frustrating that in spite of being under contract, I am not getting good service. This is a major concern. It is unacceptable that my problem is just being postponed for absolutely no reason.
I hope my complaint is looked into immediately.
