Dear Team,

i purchased a refridgerator R32 euipment no. 117218 on 3/3/05 at that time they said there is a warranty of 7 year but now the compresser is not working but i am not getting it changed from company.

THERE IS A 4 AMPS FUSE IN FFC MODULE (CREAM-COLORED UNIT NEAR TO COMPRESSOR) ,WHICH WAS FOUND BLOWN OFF EARLIER, TENDS TO BLOWS OFF AS MANY TIMES IT IS REPLACED

Whirlpool — Replacement of Compressor which is under warranty

I purchased a refrigerator in 2007. In 2008 its compressor was having problem & then authorized service center has replaced it on the payment of Rs 1000/- . Again in Feb 2010 it was having problem & then they again replaced it by new one & charged Rs. 1000/- for the same. Now again since July 2010 it is having same problem & service center says that again it will be replaced & Rs 1140/- will be charged. Since the compressor is under warranty, why they are always taking charges....& I am not able to understand why so frequently compressor is having problem. Is it not the fault of Company Service Center that they are not providing good compressor as so frequent problem in New fridge is questionable and finger out towards company's reputation. I have made several complaints & reminder's (Complaint No. LK[protected] dated 21 Sep 2010) but they are paying no attention.
It is requested that CEO of company should pay attention.....is this matter & Make arrangement to Replace the refrigerator immediately.
