Whirlpool India Ltd — Service complaint. Washing machine not working.

I bought this 650d whitemagic washing machine in 2010. It worked fine till last month. I logged a complain. They send the service guy who replaced the PCB and charged 4240 rs. But the next day it again stopped working. I again logged complain. Again the service person came did something and made it work. Now it has stopped working again. I have logged complain again. I think they are not able to figure what the issue is. And also they are not telling the reason why they changed the PCB when it was not the issue.
