dear sir,on behalf of a service call from whirlpool i gave appointment to n executive of the company mr Sandip([protected]) to visit my freez.He took amount and some documents and commited to settle all the problems of freez in that evening only.it become one week he as not deliverd his servicing neither picked m phone.my phone n is [protected]..please do the needfull earlest.Mihir kr mishra Was this information helpful? | |||

with its compressor misfunctioning
it came with 7 years warranty = 1year comprehensive warranty + 6 years warranty on compressor
wen the service technician came he repaired it but charged abt 1500/-
from then, every year its compressor goes down and we had to pay every year
and it happened this year too .
it covers compressor warranty but still hav to pay.
technician said that customer hav to pay half of the total cost incurred on repair or whatever
if anybody kno abt this pls reply
