[Resolved] Whirlpool India — unavailability of damage part of my washing machine | |||
i have a whirlpool fully automatic washing machine FP55 AQUA. of which a part called PCB is damaged (as told by whirlpool service person). after lodging number of complaints to whirlpool india,they denied the availibilty of the aforesaid part. we contacted bijnor(up) ,service centre many a times but they too denied the availability of that part,saying out of stock. by your means i want my problem,that the part of my washing machine would be made available by whirlpool india. Whirlpool Washing Machine — Damage of Parts
I had purchased a Whirlpool washing machine from Belgaum City. During the primary inspection i couldn't find any damage. But after coming home i noticed that one of the part is broken and the service engineer from the whirlpool certified that it had happed during transportation. Now please let me know that whether i am eligible for replacement of the same part or not.
