[Resolved] Whirlpool India / Washing Machine — 10 Complaints in Warranty Period | |||
I have bought a Whirlpool Washing machine ING[protected] Model No : 12204 Date Of Purchase : 18.10.2011 from the date of instillation itself machine has started giving problem . Now in a matter of 1.6 years machine has given more than 10 Service problems and each of the time service engineer has visited the place he has taken away parts for servicing or replacement. Every time we hope that now onwards we will not face problem but within a week or 10 days again the machine will start giving problem. This is continuing since 1.6 years. We had undergone big trauma because of this , like water flooding house , Switching On Machine AC Main drips and whole power goes and items in fridge etc get spoiled . These are few of them. Now that we are convinced that machine is having manufacturing defect we had demanded for replacement of machine. Since April 19th we are following up with Whirlpool . They are pushing the case from one place to another. I am enclosing here with the email communication which I have made in these months. Other than this have made more than 20 STD calls to various officers of Whirlpool. I thought I will take your support in getting a resolution to my issue. period & was replaced. The replaced panel has also failed within one& half years.The panel costs Rs Rs 3000 &is guaranteed only for 3 months. I use the machine once in a week at half the rated capacity only.
So if you buy this machine, be prepared to spend Rs 3000 every now & then besides service charge Rs 300& also undergo mental agony.
I request the company to give reason for the poor quality of components.
