I PURCHASED WHIRLPOOL WASHING MACHINE, FULLY AUTOMATIC 650h.ON 30TH SEPTEMBER,09. ITS NOT WORKING SINCE PURCHASED,,, AND AFTER MANY COMPLAINTS THE COMPANY 1ST REPORTED THAT THE CONDENSER WAS FAULTY. AND ON NEXT COMPLAIN IT WAS FOUND THAT THE MOTOR DID NOT WORK. THERE ARE MANY OTHER TECHNICAL PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT.WE REQUESTED TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT. BUT THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONDING & ON THE NATIONAL CALL CENTER SERVICE OF WHIRLPOOL IT SHOWS THAT THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED AND CONSUMER IS SATISFIED WHICH IS COMPLETELY NOT TRUE AND FRAUD WITH THE CONSUMER.STRICT ACTION NEED TO BE TAKEN FOR SUCH COMPANIES.
