[Resolved] Whirlpool India/Washing Machine — MAchine not working for last 2 months | |||
Sorry to say but trouble still continues. It worked just for 10 days. Post that it has given a problem of a loud sound while in rinse cycle. Some senior technicians (?) came and resolved the issue but it worked just 10 more days. From last friday complaint mb[protected] is open and nobody is turning to resolve the issue. I have called twice on escalation desk[protected] and spoke to ms. Reshma more but getting only assurances. 2 more days are given for engineer visit. Its loss of patience and belief in whirlpool services. Please suggest why I should not claim a replacement of a product and compensation for the losses bear. On 28th of June 2012 I have complained Whirl Pool Customer care about non functioning of My Washing Machine (Model 13408, Serial Number INF[protected] purchased on 22 Oct 2011). I have been given complaint Number MB[protected] and assurance that comaplint will be resolved on given time) Engineer (Santosh Patil [protected]) turned as per appointment on 29th of June and declared PCB board faulty and need replacement. after following for 3 days Engineer arrived on 4th July and after replacing PCB declared some other mechanical part faulty. I have been asked to call number [protected] on which next day and without knowing which part is faulty person on call started telling me another 3 days to avail the part. I called customer care again[protected] on 05th July at 16:15 and spoke to Mr. Mitesh (supervisor on duty) who assured me a call back. Till date I have not received any call from Customer care and today at 13:45 again had to call same CC. I received escalation numbers of Mrs. Reshma[protected] but that number is continuously busy for past 3 hours. Whirlpool Washing Machine — Non functioning of Washing Machine since last 5 months
Dear Sir/Madam,I registered a complaint regarding non-functioning of my washing machine on June 13, 2011. My complaint number is KL[protected]. An engineer named Mr. Sandip Sadhukan visited after 5 days. Second complaint was lodged on July 11, 2011, for TSP set replacement. I had a talk with Mr. Gautam Mukherji, Team Leader, on September 22, 2011, who promised to deliver the machine back on September 24, 2011. Finally, after repeated reminders, I had a talk with Mr. Divya Kaushik, Supervisior on October 10, 2011. However, till date (October 17, 2011) I have not got my washing machine.
Moreover, this is not for the first time that Whirlpool has harassed me like this. A few months ago also I have faced similar kind of harassment. I really don’t understand being an MNC, how can Whirlpool fail to live up to its reputation.
